When I reviewed the info needed for on line check in for Oct, it asks "resort arrival time", we are flying into Orlando at 11am I do not know what time we will arrive at the resort, what if it changes? what do I enter? how about resort departure

    Hello Susan!

It is so thrilling to hear you are now able to complete online check-in! When we are counting down to our own magical vacation, I get so excited at that monumental step. I know soon we will be celebrating at "home."

For both the resort arrival time and departure time, I just try to judge it to the best of my ability. Your Disney Resort will do their best to have your room ready at your estimated arrival time, so in your case, I'd put around noon. In the case of your departure time, I usually just put standard check out time unless there is a reason I think we will be making the request to check out a little later. This request can only be made in person at the Front Desk. If you get delayed, or the times change, don't worry, they won't hold you to it.

Have a fantastic fall vacation, Susan, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
