    Can I reuse my magic band and if so how do I do that?

    Hello Melissa!

    I am excited that you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation! I love using a MagicBand as my key to "the World" when I am on my Walt Disney World vacations. I have over 50 MagicBands so you can see that I love them! I try to keep under seven active at one time (the rest I keep inactive).

    Yes, you can use your MagicBands from a previous Walt Disney World vacation for your next Walt Disney World vacation as long as they are active in your My Disney Experience account. According to my experience, the battery inside the MagicBand is supposed to last for up to two years, so you can use your MagicBand for more than one Walt Disney World vacation. You also can have more than one MagicBand active on your My Disney Experience account which enables you to wear a different one on each of your park days if you have more than one MagicBand. 

    I have some exciting news to share with you! MagicBand+ is coming out sometime this year which will definitely plus up the magic of MagicBands!
