We will be returning to wdw this year 10/13-10/18 and will be celebrating my son's 4th birthday and my daughter's 2nd. Any ideas for a birthday celebration that they would both love?!? They are both fans of Mickey, Minnie, and the gang!

    Hi Kristi!

There is no better place to celebrate a birthday then at Walt Disney World!  I would start the birthday celebrations with a character breakfast at Chef Mickey's.  It is located at the Contemporary Resort. The characters at this restaurant include Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto.  In place of an autograph book you may want to bring a birthday card for the characters to sign.  It makes for a great souvenir.

Once you are at the parks pick up a free Happy Birthday pin at Guest Services. You will be stopped by countless cast members who will wish your little ones a Happy Birthday!

You can bring some decorations from home to decorate your room while they are sleeping or you can have the dream makers at the Disney florist do it for you.  Visit there website at for ideas and prices.

If you are planning on making dining reservations you can add a birthday cake to your reservation.
Celebration cakes can be ordered when you book your dining reservation.
