We will be returning to WDW in Sept. '13. There will be 4 adults and 2 children ages 8 & 5. We are new members of the DVC and wanting to know the best place to stay for our size group and any other information that would be helpful. Thank you!

Hello, Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Vacation Club family!

I'm sure you will find that your DVC Membership will bring you decades of fabulous family vacation memories; it's the best vacation decision we've ever made and has enabled us, like you, to travel with extended family and friends, too. Congratulations!

Your party of four adults and two children would be very comfortable in a two-bedroom Villa at any DVC property. The master bedroom will have a king-sized bed and full bathroom, and the second bedroom will have two queen-sized beds (or one queen and one double sleeper sofa) and an additional full bath. In the living area, you'll find a full kitchen as well as a sleeper sofa; some resorts also offer a sleeper chair, too! At both Bay Lake Tower and Animal Kingdom-Kidani Village, we've also really enjoyed having a third bathroom in our two-bedrooms; these are located in the main living area, near the front door. You'll essentially have three separate areas, allowing for quiet space, when needed, so that those who are up and about can do so without walking on eggshells. :-).

Another option would be a Treehouse Villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, which offers the master bedroom as described above, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds! We've stayed in a Treehouse several times and love the layout as well as the setting.

Having to choose which property, though, should depend on which park you'd like to frequent the most. Every DVC Resort has its own style, charm and perks, so rating one above another is tough. Nose around the site a bit and decide what's most important to you, then send me another question and we can narrow down your choices. I'd love to help!
