Hi, Carol! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel - and thank you for sending me your question!
Congratulations on your return visit to Walt Disney World in November! In my opinion, November is one of the absolute best months to visit - the weather is mild and the theme parks and resort hotels are getting into full holiday mode.
You are so wise to think about plotting your course now well in advance of your arrival date! To maximize your "Disney Time", you can check out all the accessible options available to you in the online
Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities (just click on the highlighted text). Here you'll find invaluable information about transportation and accessibility at attractions and shows.
I also wanted to let you know that there are designated viewing areas along the parade routes for guests using wheelchairs and motorized scooters (ECVs). These locations are marked on the
Park Guide Maps (brochures) available at the entrance to each theme park. You'll want to arrive early (30-45 minutes prior to the parade start time) since space is limited and is available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Here is a link to
Rooms for Guests with Disabilities. This page also has information on accessible parking and transportation as well as
Printable Guides with in-depth information for each theme park.
Wishing you a
magical vacation, Carol! My space is limited here, so please stop back to ask me any specific questions you may have about accessible resort accommodations and recreation options at Walt Disney World - I'd be very happy to help!
