We are returning to WDW this December. We won't be doing the dining plan this trip, but still have our refillable mugs from earlier this year. Can we pay a fee (less than the price of a new mug) to make them reactivated? We are staying on property.

Hello Sara and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's our absolute pleasure to assist you with your upcoming December plans to return to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
I am so delighted to know you're returning to Disney once again in 2017 and I must tell you that the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort is a practically perfect in every way time for a visit, in fact for me it's my most favourite time of the yEar!  I love all the seasonal decor and I particularly enjoy visiting the Holidays Around the World at Epcot where it's a joy to see how each nation celebrates December 25th; be sure to pop by the United Kingdom Pavilion where you can usually greet Father Christmas in his traditional jolly green velvet robes!
Like you, my family truly enjoys the super convenience of having Resort Refillable Mugs as part of our Disney Dining Plan or as a separate purchase when we arrive at our Disney Resort hotel, in-fact I have a fully stocked shelf of mugs to prove it!  However, to the best of my current knowledge the reactivation of Resort Refillable Mugs from prior trips isn't offered to Guests at present.
    Have a great Disney day.
