    I am returning a rental car to Disney Car Care Centre around 6pm and will need to get to the Boardwalk Inn where I am staying. How can I do this? Is there a complimentary shuttle bus service?

    Hi, Elizabeth! It’s so great to see you back at planDisney! We’re always happy to help you get ready for another Walt Disney World adventure!

    I’ve used the Disney Car Care Center a few times myself for rental returns and pickups, and it’s always been super simple and convenient. Once you arrive to return your car, just head inside and let one of the friendly agents know that you’ll need a ride to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. They’ll gladly arrange a complimentary shuttle to take you right over.

    Just a quick tip. Make sure to allow a little bit of extra time in your schedule in case the shuttle is out on another run when you arrive. They’re usually quick, but I always like to pad my travel time just a bit, especially if I have dining reservations or plans at the resort.

    Hope you have the best time strolling the BoardWalk and enjoying all the fun that comes with it.
