Returning in May 2008, and excitement is running high! I've located the Disney calendar informing us what days Extra Magic (am or pm) hours are, but is there a way to find out how early/late the parks will be open? Thanks from the Disney Commandos!

I know how you feel Jennifer, the days and weeks leading up to a WDW trip are filled with anticipation!  Hopefully planning your itinerary gives you an outlet so that the excitement doesn't overwhelm you.

If you take a look at the calendar, you'll find the operating hours for all of the parks.  You'll notice a white box just above the calendar.  Scroll down to the park you are interested in.  Then, right next to it you can scroll down to May 2008.  Be sure to hit the little purple "go" button.  The page will refresh with the information you are looking for.  If you click on the dark purple date it will show you more specific scheduling information for that day.  Parade and fireworks times, special events, and operational updates (attraction closures) are all available.

You may want to bookmark the page; it's a helpful tool in planning your day to day activities.  Have a great time!
