We are returning to Disney in 4/11. Bringing our Grandchild and I was going to make a autograph book for him since I am a scrapbooker and crafter. I have been told that Disney characters will not sign autograph books not bought in the parks. Is this true?

    Hi Kelly,

You have been misinformed...absolutely, 150% not true.  I started my daughter's autograph book when she was 18 months old.  She's 13 now and still getting those autographs.  The character meet and greets are specifically set up for photo and autograph opportunities.  So are the character dining experiences, so don't worry about that!

Also, be sure to check out The Emporium on Main Street USA at Magic Kingdom and The World of Disney Store at Downtown Disney for really awesome scrapbooking materials.  I go nuts there!

    Have a wonderful time!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
