I just returned from a week at WDW, and wanted to check my Disney gift card balance remaining.

    Hello, Stephen. Welcome to planDisney.

A trip to Walt Disney World is such a magical memory. I hope you had so much fun while you were visiting. I have an upcoming trip soon and I cannot wait. Walt Disney World is such a happy place - especially around the holidays. I love how festive everything is. I'm glad you were able to enjoy it.

Stephen, you can check the balance of your Disney Gift Card online. You'll head over to the Disney Gift Card website. From there you'll see a button that says, "Check Balance" and you'll select that. Then you'll be prompted to enter the 16 digit account number that is listed on the back of your Disney Gift Card. You'll also need to enter the 4 or 8 digit security code that can also be found on the back of the card. After that, you'll select that you are not a robot and hit the "Check Balance" button again. Your Disney Gift Card does not expire, Stephen. So if you have extra funds leftover on your Disney Gift Card from your recent vacation, you can save them until you return next summer.

I hope this is helpful, Stephen. If you have any other questions about this or anything else as you plan your next vacation please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm here to help.

    Happy holidays!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
