Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is a South Pacific paradise. It is a Disney deluxe resort with a view of
Magic Kingdom Park, access to
Disney's Monorail, and some of my favorite dining options. I am not surprised that you had a wonderful experience. I think Disney would be quite successful if they allowed guests to order products from their resort hotel rooms. I spent more time than I care to admit trying to find the hair dryers at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge several years ago.
You are not alone in reporting a great night's sleep while vacationing at Walt Disney World. Is it the pillows? The mattress? Disney magic? Who's to say? The Polynesian Resort typically uses the Hotel Sahara Night Firm Pillow by Sobel Westex. The mattresses are from Beautyrest, and they actually have a Deluxe resort line. I'm told the Polynesian specifically uses the plush-top mattresses. I must give you a word of caution, though. I have heard quite a few stories of guests ordering pillows and mattresses only to find it isn't the same in their own home. Some suspect it's the exhaustion of walking miles in the theme parks and Florida heat that contributes to such solid rest. I can't say for sure, but I've also read many positive reviews.
As for the towels, Disney gets many of their towels from Sobel Westex, so you might be able to find something similar from them. The Cast member I spoke to did not know specifics about the towels in the suites.
