We just returned from WDW, but when accessing my Disney photopass pictures on the computer, I don't see the ability to edit photos to add Disney frames. I can't do this in the my experience app either. Did Disney eliminate this feature?

    Hello, Mary!

Welcome back to planDisney! I am so happy to hear that you made some wonderful core memories on your recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Memory Maker is the best way to relive the most magical moments of your adventure.

Several years ago, there were some changes made to the PhotoPass website that eliminated the option to edit or add stickers and borders to photos. Most of the onboard ride photos now come with their borders automagically added to them.

However, guests with iOs mobile devices could still make edits to their photos. Unfortunately, Vanellope and Wreck-It Ralph have gotten lost again on the internet and I think they have broken something in the My Disney Experience app. I have recently tried to edit some of my photos, unsuccessfully. I even submitted a ticket and put in a call to the Cast Members in the Disney Photo Imaging group at (407) 560-4300. I have received a response from their Guest Support Team. They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix that will be released in the next update of the My Disney Experience app. They also recommended that you turn on automatic updates on your Apple device to ensure that your iPhone will receive the update as soon as it is released.

If you need any help planning your next return trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
