As someone who loves visiting both
Walt Disney World Resort and
Disneyland Resort, I was so excited when I heard that
MagicBand+ would be making its debut at Mickey's west coast home. While older versions of the MagicBand can only be used at Walt Disney World Resort, I'm happy to tell you that MagicBand+ works interchangeably at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. If you were using MagicBand+ during your vacation in Florida, you can go ahead and pack those same bands to use at Disneyland Resort.
You will love the convenience that MagicBand+ adds to your Disneyland Resort vacation. With your
valid park admission and reservations, MagicBand+ allows you to easily enter the theme parks. If you're planning to purchase the
Disney Genie+ service, you can also use MagicBand+ to check in at
Lightning Lane entrances. When visiting
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, MagicBand+ can be used to play the Batuu Bounty Hunters game. Furthermore, MagicBand+ enhances your theme park experience by interacting with select nighttime spectaculars and unlocking many magical surprises throughout the parks.
