    We have just returned from our trip and had such a wonderful experience with a character staff member, whom went above and beyond!! I was wondering if there was anyway we may be able to send a thank you or a letter of praise about this gentleman?

    When a Cast Member makes a moment magical for a family, an excellent way to thank them is by sending a letter.
