I just returned from a trip to WDW and was disappoined to find out that Disney has discontinued the pet merchandise line. Other than I.D. tags, I was unable to find any merchandise for my dogs. Are there any plans to bring it bacK? Thanks, Jennifer

    Hi there, Jennifer!

Disney will sometimes determine that, despite a loyal following, some product lines simply aren't selling. This, unfortunately, seems to be the case with the pet products.

While you can definitely find Disney-themed products on fan sites - and even licensed pet merchandise on sites like eBay and www.LaughingPlaceStore.com, your best bet is to try the incredible folks at Disney Merchandising.

Give these magical Cast Members a call at 407-363-6200 M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EDT, and let them know what you are looking for. Many times, they'll have access to items that are no longer sold in the stores, or items that are sold exclusively at another Disney Resort.

    Their toll-free number is 877-560-6477.

You can also reach them via fax: 407-352-6369 or email: wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com.

Good luck to you -- let me know how they were able to make magic!

    See you later, celebrator,
