We just returned from a stay at the French quarter resort at Disney world. My husband has back problems but said his back felt great after sleeping there for 5 nights. Can you tell me what kind of mattress they use?

Welcome to planDisney, Cathy! I'm so glad to hear that you had a magical stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. It's wonderful to know that your husband felt great after five nights of rest! There's no sleep quite like Disney sleep, am I right? That's the kind of souvenir you can't pack in your suitcase.

The mattress used at Disney's Moderate Resorts, including French Quarter, is a Beautyrest Pillowtop mattress made exclusively for the Disney Resorts Collection. It's a plush top design that offers just the right balance of softness and support, perfect for those long park days!

If you're dreaming of bringing that magical sleep home, you can actually purchase the same mattress! If you search for "Bringing the Magic Home: Beautyrest Plush Top for Moderate Resorts", it will lead you right to where you can order it online. It's part of Disney's exclusive collaboration with Beautyrest, so you'll know you're getting the real deal. It's such a great way to keep a little Disney magic going even after your vacation is over, and with a mattress that comfy, you might even feel like you're still on vacation every time your head hits the pillow.

    Have a magical day, Cathy!
