I'm sorry to hear there was a hole in your new top. When I'm home from a Disney vacation I love to use my new mug or wear my new t-shirt to carry a little pixie dust into my normal life, and I know I would be disappointed to discover that! You will need to contact Merchandise Guest Services to find out about your options for replacing your shirt. You may call them at (877) 560-6477 or by emailing Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. If you choose to email, provide as much detail as you can, and attach a photo of the shirt with the hole visible. If you have your receipt, a photo of that will help; otherwise provide the date, approximate time, and location of the purchase. The Cast Member who receives your request will let you know if they need any further information and what your options are. Because some merchandise is limited-edition, they may not be able to replace your top, but I'm sending some pixie-dusted wishes your way that they are!
