We just returned home from a WDW trip where we used annual passes. My son has the DAS pass attached to his (our) magic bands. Do we need to set up the DAS at guest services every time we make a trip to WDW with our annual passes, or will it remain?

    Hi ya, Shannon!

I’m happy to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Did you know there are many Passholder Extras? Be sure to check those out frequently so that you can add even more Magic to your trips!

The Disability Access Service is valid on the specific Guests’ Annual Pass account, for 60 days from the day of activation. Once those 60 days are over, you will have to visit Guest Relations to renew your son’s Disability Access Service. If you ever have more questions about Services for Guests with Disabilities, you can always contact them by phone or email at disability.services@disneyparks.com.

Walt Disney World Resort tries their best to make accommodations for everyone! Before my son, I had no idea that such services existed. I am now thankful for the Disability Access Service, it definitely makes our trips to the Theme Parks easier for our family!

    Have a Magical Day!
