    We just returned home from WDW....awesome week! How can I recongnize some extra wonderful cast members?

    Hi Tamara,

    So glad to hear that you had a great time and that you experienced that special magic in the way some cast members may have treated you.  That is a nice thought to recognize their extra special efforts with guests and I am sure they would thank you for the thought!  I would send an e-mail to Guest Services at this link stating your "special" experiences and the way they treated you along with their names and also where they were located and which job title they may have (i.e. Sally, server at the Cape May Café located at the Beach Club Resort gave us this special treatment ....and feel she should be recognized for her dedication to her job and friendly service!), this is just an example of what I would send and I am sure it would get forwarded to her manager.  This is the contact e-mail for questions, but it can be a statement rather than a question that you are making and I am sure it would get to the correct department and if you have any further questions about this you can call Guest Services at (407) WDW-MAGIC (939-6244).  I hope this helps!!!!
