I just returned home from my vacation, and my friend is going in Nov. Can I add them to my friends' list and have their photos added to my Memory Maker? The date of my photo activation & the last day of their trip are within 30 days.

Hello Sara, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

I am so happy to hear that you had a wonderful time during your recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

I am happy to tell you that you can share your Memory Maker privileges with your friends. As the owner of the Memory Maker, only you will be able to edit, crop, and download their photos. You will need to invite your friend to connect to your My Family and Friends List in My Disney Experience. Once they accept, they will also need to share their photos with you. This can be done by clicking the word “update” next to your name. They will need to click the box to share “My Disney PhotoPass Photos” with you. I would recommend that you connect with anyone else in your friend’s travel party who may want their photo included.

Keep in mind that your friend may have PhotoPass photos that expire after your Memory Maker has expired. You will have 30 days from the first day you activated your Memory Maker to download all the photos in your account. Once you have downloaded them, you will be able to share them with your friends. Don’t forget to order your archive DVD as well as other PhotoPass products to keep the memories of your wonderful vacation.

    Say cheese,
    Andrea
