First, I’m so happy that you found an adorable item of clothing to bring magic into your every day. Wearing Disney clothes always brightens up my work days! I’m so sorry to hear that the security sensor is still attached, however. I have a few suggestions for you to get it removed and ready to wear, hopefully. First, depending on where you reside in Florida, the best way to get your security sensor removed is to head to either
Disney’s Hollywood Studios or
World of Disney at Disney Springs. Present a valid proof of purchase to a Cast Member, and they should be able to remove the sensor for you. If you cannot do this, I recommend reaching out to the Mail Order Merchandise department as your next step. They are available from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST Monday- Friday and can be reached at 1-877-560-6477 or via email at
merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Explain to them your situation and provide them a copy of your receipt (if by email), and they should be able to advise you of the appropriate next steps.
