    We just returned from Disneyworld and the Ahsoka Light Saber handle is not working. When the blade is inserted it makes a noise that it’s engaged but the light does not activate. It’s been less than 30 days. How do we get this replaced?

    If you’re anything like me, you may be feeling a little bit of those post-vacation blues after your fabulous visit to Walt Disney World. I bet it was such an incredible adventure full of memories that will last a lifetime! Especially since it sounds like you enjoyed some time exploring the incredible planet of Batuu. Did your jaw drop the very first time you saw the Millennium Falcon cause mine sure did?! I hope you got some awesome family photos in front of it with your lightsabers!

    Speaking of lightsabers, I'm so sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with yours! Such a bummer! I would recommend reaching out to the helpful Cast Members on the Merchandise Guest Services team to get this taken care of. You can reach them between 8:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m. by calling (800) 328-0327. You can also try them via email at, but you’ll likely get a quicker response by phone.

    Either way, they will help find a solution to get your lightsaber back up and running. I mean, we can’t protect the galaxy from The First Order without you!
