Just returned from Disney vacation and had the memory maker app. HOW DO I ACCESS my photos now that I am home ?

    Hi Christine!

How wonderful that you now have all the photos-from Magic Shots to attraction pictures- from your Walt Disney World vacation! Let's look at how you can access all your Memory Maker photographs.

I've found the easiest way to access my Disney PhotoPass pictures is on a laptop or desktop. Sign in to your My Disney Experience online and take a look at the dropdown menu. Click on My Photos and your Memory Maker pics should appear. You can also access your pics through the Disney PhotoPass page. Sign into your Disney account on this site to find your photos and click on "View Gallery". If your pictures are not appearing, make sure your Memory Maker is linked to your My Disney Experience app. Head to the Link Your Reservations and Purchases page and follow the prompts for Memory Maker. Link any PhotoPass cards as well. Once you can see your pictures, you can download them all at once by choosing "Download  Photos."

If you continue to have issues with viewing your pictures or downloading them, call Disney's PhotoPass at (407)560-4300.

Wishing you many wonderful pics from your visit to see Mickey!
