Just returned from AMAZING WDW vacation...wondering how to get recipes from resorts? The Polynesian had some delicious food and a salad dressing that I love (which is rare!). Are these recipes available to the public??

    Hi Emily,

I have been in your same situation; there have been so many tasty foods we've enjoyed at WDW that many I've wanted to try and recreate at home. Thankfully, the internet is full of recipes from WDW.

Here are a handful of websites that may help you to locate your recipe:

    -www.disneyfoodblog.com --- search for "recipe"
-www.allearsnet.com -- listed under "Walt Disney World" then "Dining"

If you are unable to locate your recipe at the above websites, I'd encourage you to call the resort directly by calling 407-824-2000.  And if you'd like even more recipes, a quick search on amazon.com for "Disney cookbooks" comes up with a handful of books that contain recipes from all the Disney parks.

Bon Appetit!  And I'm so glad you have an amazing vacation, too. Hope you can bring some of the magic home.
