Hello, Jose!
Thank you for visiting
planDisney with your question. There are many services and strategies available at the
Disneyland Resort to help
Guests with disabilities make the most of their time in the theme parks and have a magical, memorable experience!
The goal of the Disability Access Service (DAS) system is to accommodate Guests who aren’t able to wait in a queue due to a physical or cognitive disability by allowing them to receive a return time for attractions based on the current wait time. This and other applicable services to assist disabled Guests continue to be available in the theme parks for most attractions that are utilizing a traditional standby queue.
When you arrive at the resort, please plan to stop by City Hall in
Disneyland Park or the Chamber of Commerce in
Disney California Adventure Park to speak to a Guest Relations Cast Member about your group's specific needs. Be sure to have your valid theme park ticket handy when you inquire. If DAS is provided to a member of your party, they will go through a registration process that includes having their photo taken.
I hope this answers your question and helps you make plans, Jose. Have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Please send us any other questions you have as your pixie-dusted vacation approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
