Welcome to planDisney, Michelle!
We are thrilled to answer your first question and share more details on the
return of Park Hopper option!
As the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort continues, visitors with valid theme park admission or an annual pass with park hopper benefits will be allowed to visit more than one park per day starting January 1, 2021. Guests will still be required to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park they wish to visit and they must enter that park prior to hopping to another. A park reservation is not currently required after the first park, but please keep in mind that reservation requirements are subject to change. Park Hopper hours will start at 2 p.m. each day and end at the park’s scheduled closing time. Updated hours will soon be available on
DisneyWorld.com/ParkHours and the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Please note that hours are subject to change depending on the day and park, and that the ability to enter another park will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations.
I love strolling around the World Showcase at EPCOT in the evening and dining at one of the amazing restaurants located in this beloved park. However, due to the current situation we cannot predict what may happen in the weeks to come, so I would personally secure dining reservations at the theme park I have a reservation for. Provided that EPCOT does not reach capacity on the date of your visit, you can always check dining availability on the My Disney Experience mobile app before park hopping. You are also welcome to visit
Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom Park for assistance with dining reservations, and even use the My Disney Experience mobile app to
add your party to the walk-up list at select table-service restaurants. You will have to first check availability at participating locations via the app, and then add your party to the walk-up list of an available restaurant. Once your table is ready, you will be notified to proceed to a specified location.
It was a pleasure answering your first question, Michelle! I hope this helps you while planning and that you stop by real soon for more tips and advice.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
