Can I return an online Disney order at Disneyland?

    Hiya, Armando!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending your Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR!

Oh Boy! It sounds like you might be gEARing up for a visit to Mickey's house! Oh how exciting! Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for all of the can't-miss happenings (and eats!) at The Happiest Place on Earth during the most magical time of yEAR!

This is a great question. Sadly, items purchased on cannot be returned to Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort shops. These items, however, can be returned to a Disney Outlet Store. (hEARs a link to the Outlet Store Locator. The nEARest location to Disneyland is about an hour away in Ontario, CA.) Pro Tip: It's always worth the ask in person, especially if the item needs to be exchanged due to being damaged or the wrong size. I can't make any promises, but you never know when you'll find a bit of pixie dust.

I hope that this answer helped provide a bit of hope, Armando! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
