    Can I return an online Disney order at Disneyland?

    Oh Boy! It sounds like you might be gEARing up for a visit to Mickey's house! Oh how exciting! Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for all of the can't-miss happenings (and eats!) at The Happiest Place on Earth during the most magical time of yEAR!

    This is a great question. Sadly, items purchased on ShopDisney.com cannot be returned to Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort shops. These items, however, can be returned to a Disney Outlet Store. (hEARs a link to the Outlet Store Locator. The nEARest location to Disneyland is about an hour away in Ontario, CA.) Pro Tip: It's always worth the ask in person, especially if the item needs to be exchanged due to being damaged or the wrong size. I can't make any promises, but you never know when you'll find a bit of pixie dust.
