Elias & Co., too -- that's one of my favorite places to check out the latest and greatest Disney merchandise! I’m sorry to hEAR that you need to return something, though. Your best bet is to call
Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 or email
Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com to find out how to proceed. Make sure you have your receipt handy so you can provide the Cast Member with as much information as possible, or, if you’re sending an email, be sure to include the item number, cost, and transaction number. From there, the Cast Member should be able to find out if a return is possible, and how to move forward with the return process.
I also checked the
merchandise return policy for Disneyland Resort owned-and-operated locations, and it states that all merchandise must be returned new, in original, unopened packaging with all original tags attached. For more specific details about the return policy, please
