With the return of Jingle Bell Jingle Bam at DHS on Nov 7th, does that mean the Star Wars Galactic Fireworks will stop for the holiday season? We were really hoping to go to the Galactic Dessert Party.

Hello Amy!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Having seen Jingle Bell Jingle BAM! last year during the holiday festivities at Walt Disney World Resort, I was pleased to hear that it would be returning for another go round for the Christmas season in 2017 to Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park.

Last year when I attended the show, I remember being a little let down by the fact that Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular went on hiatus to make way for Jingle Bell Jingle BAM! At the time, it was unclear as to whether or not the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular would even be returning at all.

As you know, it did and it is still awesome!

As it stands, I am seeing on the site for the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Fireworks Show that it is scheduled for November 7th for a showtime of 6:45pm. While that definitely bodes well for your chance to see the show, please be advised that schedules are subject to change without notice and there is no guarantee that Jingle Bell Jingle BAM well replace that scheduled time.

Keep watching the Disney Parks Blog and the site for the opening of Advanced Dining Reservations fort A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party. There has been no news released as to whether or not it will continue beyond October 31st, 2017, but you will want to be ready if it does become available.

May the Force(and showtimes) Be With You!
