    Where can i return an item purchased at disney parks ? We left there a week ago.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I hope you had the most magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I just left The Most Magical Place on Earth yesterday, and the Disney blues are real. Take me back! Take you back! Take us BOTH back! 

    To inquire about returning an item purchased at a Walt Disney World merchandise location, please call Merchandise Guest Services at 1-877-560-6477 or email Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. You will need to have your receipt so you can provide as much information as possible; if emailing, be sure to provide the item number, cost, and any other details from your receipt, such as transaction number. The Cast Member who helps you will be able to let you know if a return is possible, and, if so, will guide you through the steps to complete the process.

    I'm sending pixie dust that the process is quick and easy, and that, as they say on Splash Mountain, everything is satisfactual!
