Can I return a Disney World item to Disney Springs?

Hey Tiffany, welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you asked this question because there are some items that I wonder if they have to be returned to a specific location. Specifically, items bought at the EPCOT World Showcase pavilion shops.

I called and spoke with a Cast Member about this. In general, items like clothing, housewares, plushes, toys, and other gifts, as long as they are purchased at a Disney-owned and operated store may be returned to any Disney-owned and operated merchandise shopping location with a receipt including specialty items from EPCOT pavilions. Please note that some opened and used items cannot be returned like MagicBands. If you bought an item in the theme parks then I recommend you return it to World of Disney at Disney Springs as it is the largest Disney store on the property.

Thank you for stopping by planDisney. Please know we are here to help with any Disney vacation planning tips. You may also write me back directly with any follow-up questions.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
