How do I retrieve my tickets if I have each persons code and the confirmation code?

    Yeehaw, Elaine!

It sounds like you are just about ready for a rootin', tootin' time at the Disneyland Resort. Now, let’s see if we can get you even closer to the magic by finding those theme park tickets.

There are four different ways one can purchase theme park tickets to the Disneyland Resort.

    1. Purchase a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package that includes both a hotel reservation and park tickets
    2. Purchase eTickets directly from Disney
    3. Purchase eTickets from a third-party vendor
    4. Purchase physical tickets from a third-party vendor

If you purchased a Vacation Package, you will want to link your package confirmation number to your Disneyland Resort account either online or in the Disneyland mobile app. Your eTickets will come bundled with a Travel ePackage that is delivered electronically to your account four days before your arrival. Once your ePackage arrives, you may find your eTickets in the Disneyland mobile app. They will be in the “Tickets and Passes” screen, accessed from the app’s ☰ feature menu. And your park reservations can be reviewed on the “Future Plans” screen of the app.

If you purchased Disney eTickets directly from Disney, you should receive a purchase confirmation email that includes an "Access Your eTickets" button. By opening that link, you can view and print out your eTickets. Or you may display the eTickets from your mobile device using the Disneyland app. Again, your tickets will show up in the "Tickets and Passes" screen when you log in to the same account used to purchase the tickets. Purchasing eTickets from a third-party vendor will typically include steps that link your tickets to your Disneyland Resort account so that your tickets show up in the mobile app.

If you purchase physical tickets, you can use those tickets directly at the park entrances. Or you may link the tickets to the Disneyland app and show the tickets from the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the app. To link the tickets to the app, open the “Tickets and Passes” screen from the ☰ feature menu. Then, tap the ‘+’ button in the upper-right corner of the screen to show the "Link Tickets & Passes" button. Tap that button and then use your device’s camera to scan the ticket barcode or tap "Enter the ID number" to manually type in the ticket ID number.

Tony’s Tip: With your tickets linked to your Disneyland Resort account in the Disneyland app, you are ready to take advantage of the myriad digital tools and extras available during your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Besides using your phone to display your ticket ID for park entry, you may use the Disney Genie service to get recommendations for attractions, dining, and entertainment. Use the "Get Started Now" button from the "My Genie Day" screen to tell Genie your wishes. For an extra fee, you can purchase the Disney Genie+ service each day of your visit. Use Genie+ to access attraction Lightning Lanes for shorter wait times, Audio Tales stories and information, and Disney PhotoPass. Some attractions not included with Genie+ also have individual Lightning Lanes that may be accessed for separate fees.

I hope you have a smooth and magical experience at the Disneyland Resort, Elaine. Please feel free to come back with any more questions you may have.
