Hi there, Michelle!
I’m glad you stopped by
planDisney with a
Disneyland Resort question. I’m not sure exactly what type of theme park tickets you purchased in 2020, but as you probably heard, many ticket types with unused days were granted an expiration date extension to December 16, 2021, so you still have plenty of time to make 2021 a more magical year!
Using the
Disneyland mobile app, you should be able to find any tickets previously linked to your Disney account. Open the app, then tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines. Select "Tickets and Passes" to display any linked tickets. If you purchased your
theme park tickets directly from the
Walt Disney Travel Company or on
Disneyland.com, you should have received an email that includes details about your order, along with the confirmation number you mentioned. Try searching for the words “Disneyland Confirmation” within your email inbox or do a search for the confirmation number you have on hand. If you’re still unable to locate your ticket information, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist you further.
I hope this helps, Michelle, and that you’re able to visit the Happiest Place on Earth very soon! Please send more questions to planDisney as you continue planning your pixie-dusted vacation.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
