    Is there a way to retrieve our photo from Splash mountain? We tapped our Disney card on our photo as it appeared on the screen but it did not link to My Disney Experience app. We were able to take note of the photo number if that helps? Thanks.

    Wohooo! I love Splash Mountain! Until Avatar Flight of Passage came out in new Pandora - The World of Avatar it was my favorite ride and it's still a close call.

    Fingers crossed the Cast Members with Disney PhotoPass Service will be able to find your photo and add it to your account. I know there have been times when the wrong photo or no photo at all was added to mine and they've usually been fairly quick to sort it out. You'll need to log in to your My Disney Experience account and select "My Photos." At the top click on "Help" to be taken to the Help & Support page. On the right side of the page you should see a link for "Lost Disney PhotoPass Photo." Fill out this form with as much of the information as you have and submit it. You should then receive confirmation and hopefully hear something from Disney PhotoPass in only a couple of days.
