Hello, where do you retrieve a fast pass for someone with a condition?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Wilma! Thanks for bringing us your question about your upcoming vacation at Walt Disney World Resort

You must be referring to the Disability Access Service, also knows as DAS, which is a program aimed at accommodating guests whose disability or medical condition prevents them from waiting in a conventional queue environment.

The first thing you need to do is visit Guest Relations as soon as you arrive at the first Park. Let them know you would like to inquire about DAS and see if your family member would qualify for this program. The Cast Member in charge will ask a few questions to determine eligibility and if it turns out your family member qualifies, they will quickly associate everyone's MagicBands (or admission cards)  to the Disability Access Service account so that you can all ride the attractions together.

After DAS has been set up, you will be  asked if you are ready to head over to your first attraction and what you would like it to be, so that they can book a time for you right away. They will give you a return time window, and in the meantime, your party can go grab a snack or spend some time at a shop, etc. Once you return, you will be allowed to get on the FastPass+ line so you don't have to wait on the Stand-by line. Once you have used your first return time, you can book the next attraction and so on.

Wilma, I know the DAS program will work great for you and your family, and you will all have a fabulous vacation at Walt Disney World

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
