I’m so glad you stopped by to get some help with your upcoming Disney adventure. If you’ve already made a reservation but don’t see it in your My Disney Experience account, no worries! You can retrieve your existing reservation by following these simple steps:
Log into My Disney Experience, either on the website or open the mobile app. In the app or on the website, go to “My Plans” and scroll down until you see the option that says “
Link a Reservation.” Click that and enter the confirmation number you received via email when you originally booked. Once it finds your reservation, make sure it’s linked to the correct people in your travel party. If everyone is already in your
Family & Friends list, it should be easy to assign them.
If the reservation still isn’t showing up or you’re having trouble linking it, try logging out and back, or even switching from the app to a computer. Sometimes Stitch likes to play tricks with the mobile app! If all else fails, you can call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line, and a friendly Cast Member can assist.
Once your Walt Disney World vacation package is linked to your account, you can make a payment by using your My Disney Experience account or
speaking with a Cast Member. If you have a room only reservation, payments aren't accepted within your
My Disney Experience account, so speaking with a Cast Member is the best option.
