Hi there Susan, and welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you're living the dream down there in Mickey Mouse's backyard. An April getaway sounds practically perfect; the weather should be pleasant, and the spring break crowds will have subsided. You'll also be able to experience the delights of the
Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Have you seen the
Foodie Guide on the Disney Parks Blog? YUM. I can't decide what to try first during my upcoming visit. Let's get your tickets linked and your
Disney Parks Pass reservations made so you can sit back, relax, and count down the days until your magical visit.
First, be sure your
Silver Annual Pass and Resort Hotel reservations are linked to your
My Disney Experience account. Once your Annual Pass is linked, you should see it listed on the "About Me" page in the "My Profile" section of My Disney Experience. I did some investigating, and currently,
all four theme parks are available for booking during your travel week. On the
main Walt Disney World page, find the My Disney Experience drop-down menu and select "Disney Park Pass System." From here, choose the dates and theme parks you would like to visit, one at a time. If you have gone through these steps and still can't get through,
I suggest giving the friendly folks specializing in Annual Passes a call at (407) 560-7277. Sometimes these savvy Cast Members can solve problems on their end that we can't even see on ours.
Susan, I hope you get your situation fixed quickly so you can start focusing on all the fun things you are going to zip-a-dee-do on your vacation. Be sure to follow
planDisney on social media and keep up with the
Disney Parks Blog to stay up to date with all the magical happenings in the theme parks and resorts this spring. Thanks for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
