I have resv for the pirate adventure at the GF on the last day we're at DW. Concerned since we do not have a room at POP after 11am.  How sandy do kids get? Will they be ok for rest of the day without a shower? What food do they get for lunch?

    Hi Christy,

Your children must be so excited for their upcoming Pirate Cruise - what a fun way to end a magical vacation!  I don't think they'll get so sandy that they won't be able to brush it off and enjoy the rest of their day; however, there are showers near the pool area of both the Grand Floridian and Pop Century Resort.  They can always wash up before heading out for the rest of the day.

As far as lunch goes.  The menu is subject to change, but you can probably expect a brown bag type lunch with a peanut butter & jelly sandwich, fruit snacks, a rice-krispy treat and a juice box.  If your children have any food allergies, be sure to let them know that when making reservations.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
