Hi! Have resv for MBBBQ (5/20) and arrive (5/14). Read that tickets can be picked up 7 days prior or the show box office. Where is the show box office or can tickets be delivered to our hotel (staying at POP)? Thanks so much :O)

    Hi Nikki,

I'm so excited for you that you're doing Mickey's Backyard BBQ! Tickets can be picked up beginning 7 days prior to your show date & you have 2 options on how to do this:

    1. At any WDW Guest Services Desk which includes your resort, or

    2. At the box office which is located beside the Hoop Dee Doo Revue theatre at the Settlement near the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

If you pick up your tickets prior to your show date, you will need to plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to show time.  If you chose to pick up your tickets at the show box office on the date of the show, you will need to arrive 40 minutes prior to show time.

I'd suggest getting there even a little earlier than they recommend. When we went Goofy, Chip & Dale were posing for pictures outside the pavillion. Don't worry if you don't make it in time for the pre-show photo ops as there are plenty of them during the show.

If you're interested, here are a few more details about the show. The characters that appeared during our show were Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale all dressed in their best country outfits. Keep in mind that the character line-up is always subject to change without notice.

They have a live band, singers & we were treated to a rope trick demonstration. The characters are out on the 3 dance floors for a large part of the time & all of the kids went crazy dancing w/ them.

Its an all you can eat buffet & the food was super yummy! BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, cole slaw, cowboy baked beans, potatoes, mac & cheese, corn on the cob, corn bread & more. One of the dessert choices was a Mickey's Ear Ice Cream bar.

This is an excellent choice for your whole family & you'll all have a rip roarin' time! Wishing you many magical memories :-)
