Welcome Dana,
Your wonderful cruise is almost here! I’m so excited for you to experience all the magic of a
Disney Cruise Line vacation. First things first, let’s double-check your Online Check-In Process and understand any potential next steps together.
As part of the Online Check-In Process 30 days prior to sailing, you uploaded photos of your travel documentation for all family members. This includes a photo of your U.S. passport. Once the citizenship documents have been submitted and the Online Check-In Process is complete, they cannot be accessed again until they are reviewed by the Disney Cruise Line verification team. At this time the Online Check-In remains in a “Pending Review” status, which can linger as close to two days prior to sailing. You must wait until you receive an email confirmation that the documentation has been reviewed to re-upload anything to your reservation.
The U.S. Passport Book has a lengthy series of numbers on the bottom of the data page, and these numbers should have all been included in your image. If not, “hakuna matata!” You must bring all travel documentation with you to the port for embarkation day, no matter the status of the review or the quality of the image. Everything will be verified in person at the port to ensure all Guests’ safety and that security measures are in place for boarding. I understand wanting to get things right ahead of time but please don’t worry if you're out of time or unable to upload again.
I hope this gives you peace of mind so you can focus on the FUN parts of a cruise, Dana!
