Welcome, Keren!
The comfort and safety of
all Guests is paramount at Walt Disney World Resort. Before your trip begins, please go to the attractions page on the website. In the "Accessibility & advisories" filter, select "Expectant Mothers Advisory". Here is the
current list of attractions you should avoid at Magic Kingdom Park. Of course, since each pregnancy is different, I suggest consulting with your obstetrician prior to going on vacation.
There are many unrestricted rides for pregnant women your entire family will be able to enjoy together. For instance, "it's a small world", Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean and several of the other classics. There are also plenty of entertainment options that are suitable for pregnant women such as the
Parades at Walt Disney World Resort. If you need to rest a bit, use the Baby Care Center where you may sit in a rocking chair in air-conditioned comfort, kick up your feet and relax.
To ride any attraction alone, children must be 7-years or older. Furthermore, they must meet the height requirement for the ride. For example, for Space Mountain they must also be at least 44 inches (112 cm) tall. Children under 7-years-old must ride with another Guest that is 14-years or older. Therefore, your older children cannot ride together without another Guest who is at least 14-years of age accompanying them.
If there is no other adult in your travel party, please consider using Kid's Nite Out. This is a Childcare Services agency that helps Guests in your situation. Their highly trained care providers will lend a helping hand with In-Park Assistance, accompanying you and your children to the theme parks. You may reach them at (407) 828-0920 between 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
