How are the restraints at the park for larger guests. I would love to be able to ride stuff with my daughter but I'm bigger built and not sure if I will fit on rides that have restraints.

Hi there, Niki! Welcome to the wonderful world of planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and allowing us to help you plan your future visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

One of my favorite parts of visiting Walt Disney World Resort is the ability to feel at ease and embrace the carefree life for the duration of our visit! There are so many wonderful accommodations and services that assist me in doing this as a Guest with disabilities. Similarly, Walt Disney World Resort is also very accommodating for Guests of all body sizes!

There are a variety of attractions available for Guests to experience at Walt Disney World Resort. With this in mind, there are some that accommodate larger bodies with absolutely no problem and some that may be a bit uncomfortable or unsafe if you have a larger body. My number one tip would be to collect as much information as possible before your trip! One of the best ways to do this is by looking up videos online of Guests with body types similar to your own experiencing the attractions you would like to ride. That way, you can have a visual understanding of how other people interact with attractions with restraints.

Additionally, some attractions may be experienced with some simple modifications! For example, there are some attractions with seat belts that can be extended or have actual seatbelt extenders available. I highly recommend speaking with a Cast Member prior to entering an attraction if you have any concerns whatsoever! In my experience, Cast Members will do their absolute best to assist you in experiencing an attraction in the most comfortable way possible for you!

I hope this information assists you in planning a practically perfect visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as well!
