    Can I restore the QR code of Premier Access that I deleted by mistake with the app?

    Bonjour Tomoko and welcome to planDisney!

    Your visit to Disneyland Paris is only a couple of weeks away - how exciting! If you're anything like me, you'll soon be getting your suitcase out and trying to decide which Disney inspired outfits to pack.

    Did you know that the Disney Music Festival will be in full swing during your visit? I'd definitely recommend setting some time aside to enjoy what's on offer as part of the festival and whatever you do, do not miss the utterly amazing Disney Tales of Magic nighttime spectacular!

    Going back to your question, Tomoko, the Premier Access Ultimate QR code is connected to your admission ticket so, if you have mistakenly deleted the Disneyland Paris App, these should return when you re-install the App, if they had been linked to your account.

    If, for any reason, your Park Ticket is missing when you re-install the App, you should be able to add it again by linking your ticket in the "My Tickets & Passes" section of the "Account" tab in the App.

    If you do encounter any problems at all, I would highly recommend getting in touch with a Disney Agent via the Live Chat function which can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.

    The Disney Agents are able to access your account and have always been super helpful whenever I have contacted them in the past.

    Before I go, I will say that my family used Disney Premier Access Ultimate for the first time, when we visited Disneyland Paris last year and it made navigating the Disney Parks that day an absolute breeze so I'm sure you'll have a lovely, stress-free day.
