Hello Jessica!
Thanks for bringing this delicious question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Being a midwest girl myself, I know the joy of a perfectly cooked set of beef ribs. Before I outline some options, did you know that the Walt Disney World Resort has over 400 locations for food? It is indeed a dizzying array of possibilities! I also want to let you know that, like all things Walt Disney World, menus are subject to change. The culinary wizards at the most magical place on earth are continually looking for new ways to tickle our taste buds. But as of right now, I am going to suggest these three options:
1.
Ale and Compass, Disney's Yacht Club Resort: Cabernet-braised Short Ribs
2.
Jiko- The Cooking Place, Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort: Botswana Seswaa-style Beef Short Rib
3.
Citricos, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa: Red Wine-braised Beef Short Ribs
While I don't think you can go wrong with any other these choices, I would lean toward the Seswaa-style Beef Shot Rib at Jiko- The Cooking Place. This favorite dining spot is located in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge which is STUNNING. Any excuse to visit this incredible resort is worth it.
While I know there are more locations, I hope this helps with your search for beefy rib goodness while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!
See ya real soon,
Anne
