Will restaurants take a special request to make a favorite item that is no longer on their menu? Specifically, California Grill's Oven-Dried Tomato Flatbread. Noticed it is off their menu. We were looking forward to having it again on our trip in November

    Hello, Ronald,

My family has many favorites at Disney restaurants that we look forward to enjoying on our trips.  I could not imagine discovering the Cobb Salad at the Hollywood Brown Derby or zebra domes at Boma - Flavors of Africa were no longer on the menu.  If that did happen, however, I wouldn't hesitate to ask our server at the restaurant about the possibility of its availability.  While there aren't any guarantees, food items not on the menu can still be made sometimes.  And please keep in mind, that many of the menus are constantly changing.  While the flatbread pizza you love may not be on the menu now, it doesn't mean it won't be by the time you return in November.  I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!

    Happy Disney dining!  -Kara
