Hey there, Marianne! Thanks for stopping by planDisney and sharing your question with us.

The new year and your Walt Disney World vacation will be here before you know it. Soon you’ll be exploring everything the Vacation Kingdom of the World has to offer, such as magical shows and attractions, delicious dining, and all the Mickey-shaped treats your heart desires.

Disney’s Riviera Resort is a beautiful resort with great dining options. The first one that comes to mind is Topolino’s Terrace, which is located on the top floor of the resort. This restaurant is known for its popular character breakfast, but it also has an excellent dinner menu. If you’re looking for a quick bite, then I’d suggest you duck into Bar Riva for a refreshing cocktail or La Petit Cafe for a coffee and pastry. Then there is Primo Piatto, which is Riviera Resort’s quick-service restaurant. On a recent trip to EPCOT I decided to take a lunch break at one of the resorts and hopped on the Skyliner to go to Primo Piatto. After a morning in the parks, the Citrus-glazed Chicken Strips and truffle fries were exactly what I needed.

It’s worth noting that Rivera Resort is located next to Caribbean Beach Resort, and is within walking distance or a short Skyliner ride away. This resort also has some delicious dining locations, including Sebastian’s Bistro, and is definitely worth exploring.

Marianne, I hope this information helps with your vacation planning. I’m sure you are going to have a fantastic and delicious experience. Don’t hesitate to come right back if you have more questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels and bon appetit!
