Do all restaurants require reservations or will they likely be booked and wise to make a reservation. I'm going to WDW during April vacation.

    Hello, Dianne,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel about Disney Dining for your upcoming trip, which is nearly here!  If you plan on dining at Counter Service restaurants, you won't need reservations (Be Our Guest Restaurant is the exception; it is highly encouraged that you have reservations). If there are some Table Service restaurants you'd like to include in your trip, it would be helpful to have reservations, especially since April is often a busier month as many schools have spring break.

It is pretty easy to do an Online Dining Reservation search for the days you will be visiting to see what is currently available.  The search can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or specific times.  I like that when doing this you'll be able to see all availability throughout all of Walt Disney World. If you find there is a restaurant you had really hoped to eat at but it is booked, you can check back for openings. In fact, you can even use the My Disney Experience App to check for availability while at Walt Disney World or stop by Guest Relations at any of the theme parks for assistance.

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
