    Are there any restaurants or quick dining services that serve "grits" with breakfast? We are Texas Southerners and we love our grits!

    Hi Catherine,

    Good news! You will find grits on the menu throughout the Walt Disney World resort. Like you, I'm a fan. A bowl of grits and a side of bacon is one of my favorite quick breakfasts.

    Grits are served in many of the resort food courts or quick serve restaurants, including the All-Star resorts, Pop Century, Art of Animation, Coronado Springs, Caribbean Beach, Old Key West and the Port Orleans resorts. You also will find grits on the breakfast buffet or a la carte menu at restaurants such as The Wave, Trails End, Captain's Grille and Cape May Cafe.

    If it's a dinner entree you desire, you will find grits showcased in many dishes. Shrimp and grits is on the menu at a number of locations. Let me recommend a dish I tried for the first time this week: the tandoori-marinated pork tenderloin at Sanaa in Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The pork is delicious and is served over a grit-like cake with collard greens and bacon. So yummy!
