Hi there, Shannon!
Welcome to planDisney! Your most magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is less than a month away, so let's get you an answer before the clock strikes 12. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
Cinderella's Royal Table at Magic Kingdom Park does indeed require prepayment upon making the dining reservation. That way, you can exit without looking back to check for a bill--or a glass slipper! By the way, the princesses return on February 28, 2023, which is just in time for your royal visit! I can't wait for my first visit to be among the presence of icons like Princess Ariel and Snow White.
While all other restaurants will ask for your debit or credit card information, there is only one other restaurant that you pay for beforehand:
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. This all-time favorite of my family is a 2-hour dinner show located at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. I love singing along with the lively cast and chowing down on the endless Southern classics like cornbread, fried chicken, and strawberry shortcake!
AN EXTRA GEM: Both experiences are refundable but must be canceled in advance. Like most other Walt Disney World table service restaurants, Cinderella's Royal Table can be canceled up to 2 hours before your visit. Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue can be canceled up to 24 hours before the show begins. Contact a friendly Cast Member
via phone or chat to make the cancellation to avoid any unwanted charges. And you'll definitely want to make those advance dining reservations as soon as you can, especially if you plan on visiting Cinderella's Royal Table.
Shannon, with a bit of pixie dust, I hope you experience anything your heart desires! If you have any further vacation planning questions, please
give us a holler here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
